Meetings of Whalley Parish Council are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month except December. The Parish Council meetings are held at 7.30pm preceded by the Planning Committee meetings held at 7pm. The meetings are open to the public. You are encouraged to come along and see 'grassroots' democracy at work.

If you wish to speak to a councillor in private a surgery is held at 6.30pm on the every third Thursday of the month, (except December), at the Old Grammar School.

The Annual Parish Meeting is held in May.
